Stop Chasing Trends.
Start Building Trust.
I’m Jack, founder and visual strategist behind Melville Visuals.
My journey into videography didn't start in a traditional film school. It started with a camera, a drive to document real life, and a realisation that local businesses are often forced to choose between ignoring video altogether or dancing to the latest exhausting social media trends. Neither approach actually helps your business grow.
I transitioned away from the traditional event and wedding circuit because I wanted to do more than just deliver a nice video. I wanted to help business owners and founders solve actual business problems. Whether that is easing the anxiety of a new BJJ white belt, proving the reliability of a local trade, or justifying the premium price of artisan coffee, video is the ultimate tool for the job.
The Person Behind the Lens
Based in Fife, I position myself as a Creative Growth Partner for businesses across Scotland. My approach is rooted in an authentic, documentary style. We aren't making overproduced commercials with fake viral hooks; we are capturing you, your team, and your process exactly as they are.
By focusing on the reality of your craft, we build the "know, like, and trust" factor that actually drives new leads, improves client retention, and increases your average spend.
Real Strategy, Zero Friction
I know that stepping in front of a lens or finding the time to plan a content calendar is a massive headache for a busy founder. That’s why I take the heavy lifting off your plate.
Outcome-Driven Planning: Every shoot is anchored to a specific business goal, from welcoming new clients to humanising your brand.
Authentic Delivery: We focus on real stories and documentary-style footage that truly represent your brand's core values.
Consistent Execution: Through my monthly retainer partnerships, I ensure your business has a steady, high-quality online presence without you having to manage the process.
Whether we are partnering on a long-term monthly content engine or capturing the hype of a one-off grading or theatre show, my goal is simple: to deliver visual assets that work exactly as hard as you do.
